It all begins with a conversation. Swing by our Poynton studio any time for a friendly chat—no need to book—or schedule a consultation in-person or online to dive into your ideas. Whether you’ve got a clear vision for a bespoke pendant or want to reimagine an old wedding ring into something new, our designers are here to listen. Bring along sketches, photos, or even that old piece of jewellery tucked away in a drawer, and we’ll brainstorm together.

We use fancy Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create a 3D model of your piece, so you can see exactly how your engagement ring or eternity ring will look. It’s like a sneak peek of the real thing! We’ll tweak it together until it’s spot-on, making sure every detail feels right and tells your story.

Once we’ve nailed the design, it’s time to pick the materials. You can choose from 9, 14, 18, or 22-carat yellow, rose, or white gold, or go for platinum—all chosen with the planet in mind. Got some gold from an old pendant or ring you don’t wear anymore? We’ll melt and recast it in-house, giving your jewellery new life while keeping its sentimental value and cutting down on new mining.

For stones, we’ve got you covered. Want to use a gem from a family heirloom? Perfect. Dreaming of a diamond for your engagement ring or a sapphire for a bespoke pendant? We offer lab-grown or natural diamonds and ethically sourced gems like rubies, emeralds, and more. You can even pick your stone through our sourcing service, with options to view in-studio or remotely. Whatever you choose, your piece will shine with quality and heart.

In our Poynton workshop, our jewellers get to work, using techniques like laser welding and hand-finishing to craft your piece with care. Every wedding ring or eternity ring is made in-house, so we know it’s up to our high standards. For trickier designs, we might make a wax or resin model for you to try, ensuring your bespoke pendant or ring fits and feels just right. Before we finish, we’ll do a final check to make sure every stone is secure and every surface gleams.
