1. The Appointment

Your Vision, Our Expertise
Every great piece starts with a conversation. We'll sit down with you to get to know your ideas, your style, and the story you want your piece to tell. Whether you arrive with a clear vision, a few rough sketches, or simply a feeling, our experienced design team will guide you every step of the way. This is your chance to dream — we're here to listen.

2. The CAD Design

Bringing Your Ideas to Life on Screen
Using industry-leading Computer Aided Design software, we translate your brief into a precise, detailed digital design. Every element — from the setting to the stone shape — is carefully considered and built to your exact specification. Nothing is set in stone at this stage (pun intended), and we're happy to refine and adjust until the design feels completely right for you.

3. The Render

See It Before It's Made
Before a single piece of metal is touched, we produce a strikingly realistic 3D render of your design. This gives you a true-to-life preview of exactly how your finished piece will look — the angles, the sparkle, the scale. If anything needs tweaking, now's the time. We won't move forward until you're completely happy.

4. Making the Item

Crafted By Hand, Made With Care
Once the design is approved, our skilled jewellers get to work. Using a combination of traditional goldsmithing techniques and modern precision, your piece is carefully crafted, set, and finished right here in our studio. This is where the magic truly happens — every detail attended to with the expertise that comes from over 40 years in the trade.

5. The Final Product

Something Truly Yours
This is the moment we love most. Your bespoke piece is complete — a one-of-a-kind creation made specifically for you. Whether you collect in store or we deliver it to your door, we hope you'll feel the care and craftsmanship that's gone into every detail. Beautifully packaged and made to be treasured, this is more than jewellery. It's your story, brought to life.
