Whether you have a clear idea—perhaps inspired by a sentimental piece or a specific design—or need guidance to shape your concept, we’re here to help.We use state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create a photorealistic 3D model of your piece, bringing your ideas to life with stunning clarity. You’ll see every detail, from the curve of a band to the sparkle of a gemstone, and we’ll refine the design together, incorporating your feedback until it’s perfect. In our studio, you can browse our curated collection of pre-loved and new jewellery for inspiration or share sketches, photos, or existing pieces you’d like to incorporate. This collaborative process ensures your design is uniquely yours, blending creativity with the stories that matter to you. For added flexibility, we can discuss repurposing existing jewellery, such as gold or stones from heirlooms, to create something new while preserving its emotional significance.

Crafting & Fitting
With your design and materials approved, our master jewellers bring your piece to life in our Poynton workshop. With over 40 years of experience, our team employs advanced techniques—such as laser welding, hand-finishing, and precise stone-setting—to ensure every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. The process is entirely in-house, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality and sustainability. If your design incorporates recycled gold, we melt and recast it with care, transforming it into a stunning new form that honours its original significance.To ensure a flawless fit, we invite you to visit for measurements, or we’ll provide a complimentary ring sizer for at-home convenience. For intricate or bespoke designs, we may craft a wax or resin model for you to try, allowing you to feel the piece and request any final adjustments before casting. This hands-on approach ensures the fit, comfort, and aesthetic are exactly as you envisioned. A final fitting confirms every element, from the security of the stones to the polish of the metal, exceeds your expectations.
