Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 - 30 days. 

However, certain products and bespoke designs may have a longer delivery time, taking up to 4 weeks. If you need your order urgently, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Dispatch Timescales

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched from our UK workshop, typically with next-day delivery.

All parcels are shipped via our chosen couriers and are fully insured to your delivery address. 

A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Return Postage

• When returning items, please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
• To return an item, please request a RETURNS NUMBER (RN) by emailing info@lesterandbrown.com.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in unworn condition with their original packaging.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for engraved, personalised, bespoke/made-to-order items, or purchases over £10,000 unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.
