Fantastic experience buying an engagement ring remotely

I found Lester & Brown online while looking for an engagement ring and, despite never actually visiting the shop, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted after viewing their website. Everything was arranged remotely, either over the phone or through WhatsApp, and I never felt at a disadvantage for not being there in person. They were incredibly helpful and talked me through the different options and sent me videos of the actual diamonds I was considering, along with the certification details, so I could properly compare them before making a decision.

initially I was a little apprehensive about doing the whole thing online. However, the communication and level of service from Lester & Brown gave me complete confidence in what I was buying.

I eventually chose a 2ct lab-grown oval diamond in an 18ct yellow-gold low-set solitaire, and I’m absolutely delighted with the finished ring. It’s exactly what I was hoping for and looks even better in person.

A genuinely personal service despite everything being done remotely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lester & Brown, particularly to anyone who has found them online but is unsure about buying an engagement ring without visiting the shop.

Im sure I’ll buy jewellery from them again.
